We want to make sure our Goldendoodles go to loving homes and both our dogs and the owners will be happy together forever. For that reason, we ask that you fill out an application so we can help match the best puppy to your individual lifestyle and make sure they go to a great home!

1. What is the time frame you are thinking of getting a puppy?
2. What gender, color, coat style, size, or generation preferences do you have, if any? (please note, we cannot guarantee adult size/weight, color, coat style)
3. What type of personality would fit your lifestyle and any other special considerations- ie, a puppy that is shy, a puppy that might want to go exercise a lot, a puppy that loves kids (most do), a puppy that appears very curly (no shedding), or a puppy that appears to have less curl, biggest of the litter pup/smallest, etc. – anything that will help pick out a puppy that would best fit your needs!
4. Are you looking to breed your puppy? Have you ever bred dogs in the past?
5. Are you looking for a puppy as a service animal or therapy dog?
6. Will this puppy be your personal dog or are you looking to give it as a gift for a family member/someone else?
7. Will you be the primary caregiver for the puppy or will your spouse/partner, child, or other family member take primary responsibility?
8. Do you have any children in your household, and their ages?
9. Do you have any building/apartment weight restrictions and do you own or rent?
10. How much time do you expect the puppy to spend alone in your house on any given day? (0-4 hours, 4-8 hours, or 8+ hours)
11. Do you currently have any other dogs or pets in your household? If so, what kind/breed and how many?
12. Have you had dogs in the past? If so, how many years?
13. Are you willing to attend puppy socialization classes and hire a trainer to help you and your puppy adjust?
14. Will you be picking up your puppy or will other arrangements, such as delivery, need to be made?
